ABOUT ME

Um...I lived in a really small town in the north of Canada...moved to Vancouver Island at 10 and started traveling at 25. In the last eight years, I have been in Canada perhaps for three of them. I really like bacon and chocolate milk. Though rarely together.

PHILOSOPHY

I think Homer says it best: "When you participate in sporting events, it's not whether you win or lose; it's how drunk you get."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I once wound up couchsurfing in Panama because I asked a police officer for some directions which distracted him from his business at hand, which was negotiating a bribe to forget a parking infraction. The bribee jumped on the opportunity to change the subject and took me to where I needed to go, in the end he insisted I stay with him and his roommate, rather than the hotel I was in, and took me to the airport the next day.

兴趣

Traveling is my primary interest. Everything else is secondary. But hockey and film are interesting too.
