ABOUT ME

Freedom. Knowledge. Living for the moment. Interpersonal connections. Personal growth. Adventure. These are the things I value, the things that keep my zeal for life alive! I am an energetic, playful, outgoing, and optimistic person, with a strong will and desire to achieve. I want to live life to the fullest, experiencing all that it has to offer!

I like learning about philosophy, religions, cultures, and psychology. I love good, intelligent discussion, whether it be about the deeper aspects of the human condition, the depths of political corruption, the nuances of foreign cultures, or the intricacies of the business world! Having said that, though, there is nothing better than joke-puntuated laughter-filled bullshittin' with friends...

My own philosophy on life is to never settle, to make the most of each moment, and to strive to achieve greatness it whatever form that takes for each individual. One should always do what feels right - trust in spontaneous intuition and gut instinct!

I love to travel and experience new places. I have lived in Colorado much of my life, but also lived in Panama, Hawaii, Ohio, California and Australia. I have also spent some time backpacking in New Zealand, Thailand, Europe, and Latin America, and traveled much of the United States. My goal is to die feeling like I've experienced all the world has to offer... But, in accordance with Buddhist philosophy, it is the journey, more so than the destination, that matters!

I am very much concerned with personal growth, always seeking to improve and become the best possible self. Challenges are potential for growth, failures are opportunities. Guess I'm an undying optimist too! :-)

I currently have my own web design, graphic design, and programming business, Pendulum Productions. I also used to run a small adventure tours company, SoCal Explorers, geared at international students and travelers looking to explore this region of the world while making new friends.

Interests

I love good discussions. I like volleyball, basketball, running, tennis, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, camping, kayaking, sailing, and rockclimbing. I'm interested in philosophy, physics, and psychology.

For me, variety is the fuel for this vehicle called life... I am always up for trying new things, acquiring new interests, and experiencing as many various perspectives as possible.
