ABOUT ME

I make decisions based on if it will it improve the quality and enjoyment of life for myself and/or others. I try to enjoy every moment and make the most of my opportunities. I just love to travel, meet new people, share a beer, see new sights, experience local cultures and just go with what ever happens on that journey.

I love to be physically active in a range of activities and involved in the local community as much as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't be afraid to experience something new. Make the most of your bad experiences and then make sure you enjoy the best moments to the max.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I always look to do a bit of surfing whilst travelling as I love getting to know new people and hearing about the city from a local's perspective.
I've also hosted a few times and they've all been brilliant experiences. I've been lucky enough to have had great guests stay with us.

兴趣

I love playing, watching or even talking about most sports. I'm really enjoy being active outdoors, and I spend a lot of time running and training for trail races.
I listen to a wide variety of music depending on my mood, but usually chilled out acoustic stuff.
Learning languages is always fun and I feel important if you plan to visit a certain country for a long time to learn that language or at least some simple phrases.

Books
I mostly prefer to read. Books I've enjoyed are: Into The Wild, A Thousand Splendid Suns, The Kite Runner, The Beach, Man is Wolf to Man. I enjoy reading autobiographies too, i guess I'm just a nosy person!

Films/TV
The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Butterfly Effect, The Conjuring, Paranormal Activity, Remember the Titans, Any Given Sunday.
Also enjoy watching TV series; Sons of Anarchy, Suits, Dexter, Homeland, Game of Thrones.

Music
I have a wide ranging taste, but mostly enjoy acoustic chilled out stuff. I try to listen to random more eunknown bands via Spotify. Other than that i obviously have to be a huge fan of The Beatles!

I guess the most amazing thing was running a marathon on the Great Wall of China - A painful yet fulfilling activity!
