I am a recent graduate of Political Science and International Studies from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. I work for a local Heating and Cooling company as their Commercial Customer Representative. I live in Richmond, Virginia with my boyfriend in a lovely 1926 apartment building downtown.

I have many travel plans for the near future, but a very small budget. I am looking to explore and meet new people while visiting new places.

Interests

I love political science and international studies issues and enjoy having constructive, thoughtful conversations about these topics. I enjoy listening to and learning from other people. I love to be active-- running, hiking, snowboarding, and skating are my preference. I love to cook and eat homemade food from local fresh produce. I don't watch a lot of TV, but I do watch the Office.

Some of my favorite books include: Bluets, Citizen, and Perks of Being a Wallflower.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As an undergraduate, I presented research on the use of social media in counterterrorism efforts by the United States and it was pretty bad ass.
