I grown up in Tokyo and Kanagawa (the next city to Tokyo). Now I live in Shinjuku area in Tokyo (walking distance to Kabukicho).
I was with my grandmother for some years, that time I couldn't host people because she is not that open minded.. but now I live alone so I can start hosting people:)

I like strolling in the city much more than going to tourist spots so I can see and feel daily lives in different places. I love to experience local and traditional life wherever I visit. (e.g. I loved homestaying in a small island on Titicaca lake in Peru during this trip).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting people gives me tons of information and makes me think a lot about world and different people and culture. I love to know and experience traditional/local cultures and people all over the world.

I love trying local food and drinks.

I love music, especially playing classical music. I play the clarinet in the orchestra for fun and am learning how to play the cello as well. I was playing the piano, french horn, bass guitar, etc..
