ABOUT ME

All about me? In 1984 an Italian couple, living in Germany near the Swiss border, got their second son. Maybe the first one got bad or they were so happy, they couldn't resist to duplicate their luck. The reasons are highly controversial and no one will really know unless someone asks them.

In this time they used to live in an old abandoned retail shop. It was amazingly great, with so much place and really big windows! And in the first days the German neighbors around got very thrilled, too. But then one day the Italian couple decided to lock the door, so the neighbors couldn't enter the place anymore and they finally had to realize it was not a pizzeria.

The people in the village got very angry. They really liked the dishes the Italian couple cooked. So they spoke to the landlord of the abandoned retail shop and offered him a big amount of money, he couldn't decline. He told the little Italian couple they had to search for a place called 2-3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche, Diele, Bad in Mehrfamilienhaus. So they did, still in same village.

But they weren't happy with the new accommodation, mainly because of the new neighborhood, crowded by many foreigners, from Poland, Rumania, Russia, Morocco, DDR, even black ones! Meanwhile the Germans renewed the retail shop, founding their own pizzeria with originally Italian dishes. 8 months later they declared bankruptcy. Then some rich children from India bought the ground and took the house down to have a new parking lot for their handmade-fashion store Kinderkapital (KIK).

The young Italian couple was still nervous about so many strangers around them, not knowing any Italian word, and decided to take revenge by occupying the parking lot and rebuilding the old retail shop as it was before! Thinking about how to realize the plan, they knew they first needed a good architect, who draws the plans. But as they had no money to pay one, they waited some more years and then sent the youngest son to study architecture...

Guess! This is me! And now in 2012 I finished the studies. Anybody knows how to occupy a parking lot for about several months? And does anybody have some photos which show this old retail shop fom outside?
