Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I see couchsurfing as a great way of meeting up with new people. When you travel and want to learn, i believe the best way is to meet up with a local :)

Fishing, spearfishing, teaching, padling my beloved canoe and kayak, hiking, Music-playing/listening, woodcarving, building, repairing stuff (nothing is broke-its just about collecting the pieces again ;))

So very different genres

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During 2 years i spent the majority of my sparetime and money to restore an old Land Rover 90"(Defender) from 1986. I made it liveable with a bed and a kitchen and started a 4 month solo-journey from July->Nov.
I drove from DK to Northcape at the northern end of Norway, then headed south through Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Schweizerland to drive around in the alps of Italy and Austria. Amazing trip, that ill never forget.
Its fantastic to travel alone, and the most amazing part is all the fantastic people i've met! Most of them through Couchsurfing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share all the things i wrote in "my interests". I have an outdoor guide education as well, so i'll always be up for a hike, Quick paddle-tour or a fishing trip. Besides that i study to be a schoolteacher, and my subjects are Biology, geography, history and Wood/metal Work. Playing and singing together is a good thing too (:
