我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I did a Vipassana meditation course in Melbourne for 10 days. 10 days sitting on your ass, thinking about nothing but your breathing. Not writing, reading, training, talking.. You get were this is going? It was hard. Really hard! But worth it. We can talk about it if you like.

I went hiking by myself in Portugal/Spain spring 2018, which was really great. I did it for 4 weeks in total. Would love to do another one of those hikes again, soon.
