I am backpacking in Southeast Asia and AUstralia at the moment, happy to hang out in the area. CURRENT MISSION I have a few, including : learning how to code, playing harmonica, traveling all over and starting my own business ! I also plan to write a book about geography and history. ABOUT ME I am an easy going guy, who likes meeting new people and learning about different cultures and lifestyles. PHILOSOPHY Dream is the beginning of success. A winner is a dreamer who never gives up. In my opinion there is no such a thing like one, ultimate philosophy. Every man has to find his/her own path, take pieces from different philosophies, views and create something unique and personal. The most important thing is to stay open, tolerant and being always willing to learn - this is the way to become more aware and spiritual.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I surfed during my holidays in US, Mexico, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Hong Kong, Australia and thanks to CS there were my best travels ever. Couchsurfing is truly a great idea, it brings us altogether and makes you realize that the world is actually full of good people who enjoy sharing knowledge and being helpful to other human beings. I experienced it many times from my CS hosts and when I stayed with some people who I met on a train or while hitchhiking.

Interests

At the same time I consider tv as the worst human invention - it eats brains !

Rock and electronic are my favourite types but in fact I listen to very different kinds of music, I am open to new styles and genres, if you know some good pieces, just let me know.

I like Wilbur Smith books, Sophie's World was great too. I cannnot picture a day without reading anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Snorkeling at dawn by the cliffs in Kealakekua Bay when nobody was there.

Camping under the starry sky feeling that I am a part of something bigger.

Once at the new year's eve party I saw a naked girl skiing on a "snow" from a fire extinguisher.
Not to mention pieces of furniture flying off the hotel windows. I really enjoyed that party !

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to play flute, juggling and make an origami shuriken.
I love long discussions about history, science, culture, politics and future of humankind.
