In general, I'm not much of a city person, which means I don't enjoy many of the activities affiliated with city-life (going to bars, museums, shopping, etc.). I also try to avoid being surrounded by tourists. Exploring the great outdoors and admiring nature is much more appealing to me--as well as understanding the local people, culture, history, and food!
