About Me
ABOUT ME
Hey stranger! I am a musician/student from Montreal. I play many types of music like Jazz, Gypsy swing, Klezmer, electronic music, and the like. I just finished a masters in music cognition. Other interests include: travelling, alternative lifestyles and grassroots cultural initiatives. Open-mindness is a motto that helped me get in touch with amazing people and live great things. Oh and hanging out, meeting people, talking, discussing, is something I am very fond of and take great pleasure in.
PHILOSOPHY
-He who shall, so shall he who.
-You know, sometimes, you just don't know.
-To me, travelling means experience. Experience means wisdom. To seek adventure is to seek wisdom through experience.
Frank Zappa, on his own music:
«A lot of what we do is designed to annoy people to a point where they might just for a second question their environment and do something about it»

Teach, Learn, Share
What I can bring you: aside from being able to teach music (theory, improvisation, etc.) My bachelor and master degree in musicology makes me able to answer maybe broader questions about the nature of music, how it works, why we like certain songs and what is its relationship with language. Also, I am very familiar about a wide range of music genres from around the world, their history, and how they came to being, so if you want to know about vietnamese shaman music or Georgian male choirs, ask away. If you have curious open ears, I can show you some pretty crazy stuff from around the world.
