ABOUT ME

I'm a California native who wants to see the world! I studied in France in 2011, and it was such an amazing experience so now I want to see every place that I can. I love travelling and experiencing the culture of the country I'm in. I like to see touristy spots of course, but I'm more interested in eating the local food, seeing local festivals, and exploring secret places off the beaten path. I want to see what a typical day in the life is of someone from that country!

I love to cook, so in each country I go to, I love wandering around supermarkets or outdoor markets looking at all the interesting food not available to me at home.

The world is so huge and life so short that I want to make the most out of every minute.

PHILOSOPHY

I haven't learned or seen enough to have a personal philosophy yet. Still making it up as I go along.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting people around the world and seeing how the locals live! Not trying to be a tourist, I'm trying to be a traveller.
