About Me

I consider myself a wanderer. Always open and ready to travel for pleasure, but also for work. If you have a creative idea you need to engage someone in, I might be interested enough to hit the road.
What was I doing so far? I have gone through many things, from journalism to arts and cultural production, from circus to blogging... Always open to new challenges, in 2017 I embarked on the newest one - rediscovering the world by constantly being on the road.
I've been to more than 40 countries so far, but still this journey that calls with "no return planned" siren call feels like a true devirginizing, both scary and exciting at the same time.
I consider myself an open-minded and resourceful person who confidently approaches his fears, an aspiring inspirer, art lover and beauty seeker, driven by creativity and humanism.
Willing to try most of the things once. If I like them, more than once :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Building new friendships and connections.
Learning about places I visit through locals' perspective.
Interested in offbeat paths and atypical experiences.
More adventurist than a tourist, appreciating the guidance that can point me in the right direction.

Also, when in Zagreb, I am happy to help other like-minded travelers to find a place to stay. Also, I am open to showing the fellow couchsurfers around (the city of Zagreb or Croatia...).

Music, Movies, and Books

The favorite music to my ears is when I see that a surfer has actually read my profile.
Please, if you are searching for a host, always read the profile of a person (yes, that includes home section too).
It saves the time of your potential host whom you supposedly want to meet - so take reading as a process of getting to know each other. I will know if you haven't read my profile (and that is such a low, basic investment). If you don't read it, do you really want me to tell you how lame you are? :) I'd rather be impressed how cool you are.
I try to read more than one host's profile wherever I go, it is about finding the best fit, and not spamming millions of profiles with messages. Urgh :D
