COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2011, I went by myself on a 3-months trip around the US, where I mostly couchsurfed the whole time. And it was amazing... I'm very grateful to this community, and now I'm happy to host whenever I can.

兴趣

Music, philosophy, writing, cinema, to hang out with friends, nature, horse-riding, ice-skating, tennis table, although I don't practise any sports nowadays. I also vape (nearly all the time). Other than that, I enjoy anything fun, interesting or tasty ! And I read A LOT !
Also, I don't drink alcohol anymore.
And I LOVE speaking English :)

BOOKS : Jack London, David Foenkinos, Delphine De Vigan, William Styron, Annie Ernaux, Svletana Alexievitch, the Brontë sisters, Jane Austen, Rosamond Lehmann, Jean-Michel Guenassia, Edgar Morin, Charles Pépin, Romain Gary, Liv Strömquist, Edmond Rostand, Daniel Keyes, Pierre Loti, Victor Hugo, Madeline Miller...
I read a lot (really a lot !), and I like literay novels, philosophy, poetry and essays.

MUSIC : Rock, Grunge, Punk music, but also indie music, and even Celtic, Classical or Jazz music.
Right now I'm enjoying listening to Daughter and Foals a lot, and soft piano music like Ophelia Wilde.

MOVIES : Not a fan of blockbusters. But not really into underground cinema nevertheless. I like movies and TV-shows a lot, but mostly ones which could be described as kind of in between big productions and more "author-writing" ones.

I can provide what to sleep for one or two people in my living-room right in the center of my "small village of character" town Montfort-sur-Meu, which is small but beautiful, and not far from Rennes, Brocéliande Forest, and Bécherel (the old "village of books"). It takes 15 minutes by train to go to Montfort from Rennes. The train station is very close from my flat, and very easy to get to by foot.
I enjoy giving tips and chatting.
I live in the most historical street downtown, near the church and the medieval tower.
