I live Georgia but I accepted an internship for the summer in Austin, Tx. I figured instead of staying with one person all summer, I'd better use this opportunity to meet new people as often as I can.

I marched 86 miles from Lexington to New Market, Va dressed authentically as a civil war soldier for five days only camping with what I could carry plus a musket and ammunition. Then, after reaching my destination, participated in the 150th anniversary of the Battle of New Market reenactment. Got in the news for it too.
