About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

I'm a positive, ultra-social, music addicted nurse trying to find my way around the world. I try to spend most of my free time surrounded by friends. Going for a walk, coffee, beer, play pool, watch some live music... well you get the picture!

PHILOSOPHY

If it isn't irony - is it really funny?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to host people whenever I can. Think it's a great way of meeting interesting and fun-loving people. Haven't gotten around to surfing anyone else's couch yet, but be sure - I will!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've been hosting people on six different occasions. All six have been different, but all the same it's been a lot of fun. One of the things I enjoy the most about traveling around the world is that you get to meet so many different people from all over. I see CS not just as a cheap way of traveling, but as an opportunity for great experiences. You can never have too many friends, right?

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is such a big part of my life. It's basically never quiet here in my flat.
Mostly played at the moment: Fleet foxes, MGMT, Arcade Fire, Band of Horses, The last shadow puppets, Junior Boys, Albert Hammond Jr, Spoon, Bob Hund, Yelle, The whitest boy alive, Erlend Øye, Broken bells, The Drums, Temper trap, Jónsi, Local natives, Grand Archives, Vampire Weekend... and the list goes on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking to Bulungula, on the Wild Coast in South Africa. Or, well, the most amazing part of it was actually getting there (but still)!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll try to share what I love when it comes to Swedish music and hopefully you can do the same!

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Botswana, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Kenya, Luxembourg, Mozambique, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Swaziland, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, United Kingdom, United States
