Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Trying to find affordable housing in Santa Barbara or Ventura County because I am in a Doctorate Program at Pacifica Graduate Institute and they have no residential facilities. I have to be somewhere! :) haha. It was suggested I come there to make it easier to locate a place by word of mouth. Maybe I can find a place to camp out of the beaten path.
