About Me

CURRENT MISSION

...to find a long-lasting mission.

ABOUT ME

I believe i am an optimistic person and I fell in love with all the alternative ways of travelling that couchsurfing fits perfectly; hitch-hiking, couchsurfing... All about meeting people 'from the inside' :)

Now I'm studying a somewhat nice economics master (yes! they exist!) because I've discovered to my own bewilderment that I am passionate by the topic! I truly deeply want to understand the macroeconomic influence of global institut... ok, ok. Bottom line is: I'm optimistic on a personal level and much more critical when I see how the world functions, so I want to understand it and, who knows? to my own scale, change it a bit.

PHILOSOPHY
"Act only in accordance with that maxim through which you can at the same time will that it become a universal law." Kant

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've met people who made my trip through couch surfing and I've hosted in my hometown in Nîmes and when I lived in Bilbao. I haven't lived in a situation where I could host in the last few years...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had beautiful encounters on trips, a long time ago, and I've very much enjoyed hosting people as well :)
Lately I've been using warm showers instead, as I've taken on the hobby of cycle touring!

Interests

I'm a gemini, so I've got many interests! If I listened to myself, I would take on a new hobby/field of study every week. Most of my efforts go through selecting what's going to keep my attention long enough... You'll often find me trying to master the art of playing the violin, coding, learning greek or czech, permaculture, drawing, surfing, learning about quantum physics, how to fly with a trapeze, and most of all the art of perseverance :) But, you know, if you've got something that's not on that list, chances are that I'll be interested by it, so bring it on!

Otherwise I've gotten involved in some food waste projects (hear: fighting _against_ food waste) and permaculture projects.

And when I relax from this exhausting life (!), that's usually by doing jigsaws, petting a cat, going for a swim, watching series or cooking with a glass of red wine stuck in my left hand (hence very slow cooking).
