I am an international development/sustainability professional who relocates to different countries for work.

I am a recovering wanderlust, but I am always up for meeting those who are still on the road. I am off booze at the moment.

I consider myself being very intellectually curious. I am always up for going to an "edgy" art exhibition or performance, raves, like an immersive theater production or contemporary ballet dance show. Classical music, historical museums and conventional sightseeing are not really my cup of tea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet fellow travelers primarily to eat out, have a drink or go clubbing. I really like to listen to other people's stories - some of us have had unbelievable experiences. These days I am in my workaholic mode usually unless I am on holidays, and I barely can find time even to meet my friends, especially during weekdays, and I might be travelling on weekend get-aways during weekends. But if I have time, sure, lets hang out!

And yes, I am an odd one out there, as I have never couchsurfed or hosted visitors in my life, but occasionally gone out to join some group events.

Have a strange taste in cinema, out of all recent movies I have seen I think that "grande bellezza" and "intouchables" were fine examples of European cinema.

I have been a mentor to Cambodian female scholars from rural provinces and "baby-sat" a turtle nest on a beach in Madagascar
