About Me

Hi! Welcome to this page. Me and the family moved back to Taiwan from Germany in 2020. Currently we live in Tianmu area. I like travel and meeting new friends. Please do not hesitate to leave messages to me if you come to the area. :) Me, my husband and the little baby (born in May, 2019) are living in a small apartment in the city central. The apartment has a very good access but small. We prefer to host baby-friendly travelers. (It is not a must but it would be ideal if you don’t mind small babies). My interests are mountain climbing, running, watching online dramas, and joining festivals. I had lived in cities such as Taipei, San Francisco, Pune, Greensboro and Tokyo. Let's make friends! :) Last few years I got many chances to go to overseas business trips. Frankfurt, London, Sydney, Munich, Beijing, Singapore, Ho-Chi-Minh City... I hope I'll also get chances to meet you when I visit your country.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So far I didn’t use much couchsurfing service for staying overnight in other people’s. (I hope to do more!) Instead, I met many new friends via CS. Friends from other country always bringing me new thoughts and inspirations. I hope I continue to meet new people here.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taiwan's ”Lantern Festival" is a great event! Everyone can join the event.
In a small village in the mountain, people gather and release the flying lantern together. The flying lantern is paper-made, and everyone can write wishes on their own flying lantern. After the light lit up, at a certain time, all the participants would release flying lanterns together.
It is just too beautiful to say anything when you watch more than thousands of them flying to the sky...It is very magnificent and peaceful...you must visit Taiwan for this festival!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook you Taiwanese breakfast and Tapiyoca tea. Or I will bring my favorite snack and recipes to share with you.
