CURRENT MISSION

Mission to have a nice car and drive it across Europe, North America and Asia. I wish to visit the friends I have made here in Glasgow - visit Kuching, Malaysia, Botswana, Namibia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Canada. And like any other keen couchsurfer, meet people !

My name is Amelia. I grew up in a farm all my life, helping milk the cows, sow the barley and corn. Used to have hens and geese until foxes took them away.

I'm seen as funny, random, ditzy by my friends, but kind and friendly- Got the Irish gift of the gab!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories and hanging about. The news and media gives people a false/poor impression of others at times and it would be interesting to see it for oneself in person!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First experienced couchsurfing in big towns around Sweden with my sister (couchsurfed in Ostersund, Stockholm and Karlstad). Great way to learn about the people and country and best local spots to see that you'd never find in a travel guide! I have also couchsurfed in Amsterdam. Met such interesting and friendly people :)
