I am currently embarking on a year long backpacking trip around the world with my good friend and travel companion, Jeremy Raider (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/jeremyaaron). I have deferred from my university to take a gap year and experience the world. We have been doing work exchanges and trying to couchsurf as much as we can during our travels. I have a keen interest in current events and understanding the current state of the world which we live in. My goal through doing my gap year is to gain a new perspective and understanding of the world by traveling to unique places and meeting amazing people!
