I travel whenever I have the chance, and over the past few years I have learned that a big part of your experience is based on the people you meet during these travels! I think couchsurfing can be very valuable because of this. Also, I have hard multiple good stories from friends who did it before!

Getting in touch with locals gives an extra dimension to the place you visit! Plus I am interested in discovering the local culture / way of thinking! And it's never boring to meet new people!
