Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We were working on our Film ADR, and during the break time, my Recordist Subivk and I would sit away from our Actors and discuss other stuff like; about the book “The Secret”. He happen to share his experience about travelling, how he was introduced to CS and so introduce me the concept of CS. He and his wife have travelled a lot and met many Surfers. It was very interesting to know and I joined. That was in 2017, while working on our film “WELCOME MILLIONS” later in 2019 it got Qualified at Oscars 91st Academy Awards.

"Do to others what you want them to do to you." I believe, Couchsurfing is all about this quote, which indeed "Good Karma". I'd be happy to meet a positive and cheerful soul.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Met a complete stranger (Japanese) and made her day worth spending in Goa. She was a traveller, while she was on her transit and had a layover for Four Hours to catch the bus to Bombay. She was at Margão Kavana Café. And we happen to cross our sight, had a talk over a tea and soon decided to ride off to Colva Beach, had a wonderful time at the beach, lunch and bike riding. Surprisingly she was MTV Host of Japan. That was the first time I've hosted a guest much before I could get on Couchsurfing.
