ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Milton. After volunteering and backpacking around the world for a few years, I moved to beautiful Florence where I lived for three years and hosted many travellers. I was born in Ecuador and grew up in Italy where I move to when I was 8 yo. I love music, both listening and playing it. I play the guitar, ukulele and a little bit of piano.
PHILOSOPHY
"Live the life you love, love the life you Live!"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host fellow travellers at home, I can host one person at the time, in a small but comfortable couch. I often participate in cs events at home and whenever I travel to a new place: it's a great way to meet locals and travellers and have a good time! I can share my music, show you around Florence and take you to local places.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been very lucky. I've hosted some amazing travellers and I showed them around when I had the chance. I shared my house, my time, food and music. It's been great! I was hosted a few times too: I couldn't have found better hosts, so generous and open minded!
Interests
Music in general. I love live acoustic concerts and jamming sessions. I play the guitar, ukulele and a little bit of piano. Hiking, travelling, sharing experiences and ideas with other people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love a large range of music, and it really depends on my mood and what I am doing: Bob Dylan, Buena Vista social Club (salsa), Justin Timberlake, Avicii, Bruno Mars as well as Ludovico Enaudi and Sebastian Bach.
I Love comedies, but also true-story based movies.
I enjoy reading biographies of extraordinary people. I find them very inspiring! I also like Paulo Coelho's novels.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Flying solo on a Cessna c150.
FREE HUGS event in London, Santiago de Compostela and Florence.
Walking the Camino to Santiago
Road trip Italy-Slovenia-Croatia and backwards
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a DIY enthusiast and I like making and repairing things myself. I can show you around the place where I live. I like discovering and exploring a new place as a local. I can teach how to make fresh Italian pasta like an Italian nonna;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm not a fan of small talk. When I meet people I love having honest and interesting conversations. I enjoy cooking for other people, even though I'm not the greatest cook. We can enjoy music together, i like playing for other people. It's amazing how music can bring people together.
