About Me

Hello, I'm Miltos, 26 years old from Greece. I enjoy filling my days with activities such as music, reading, drawing, running and swimming, doing some yoga and biking. I love music and I play the piano. Recently I started playing the guitar a bit. I love exploring the nature, drinking different craft beers and having nice vegetarian food. I'm also a bit of a coffee lover (an addict probably ;-)).

I would like to travel the world, preferably by bike, or hitchhike and experience different cultures stay with people from all over the world. I hope to live abroad again in the future after finishing my studies.

I'm vegetarian, I love the nature and the creatures that inhabit it and thus I think it's our duty to preserve it, and I'm trying to do my best to fulfill that.

If I'm hosting you, I would like to take the time to show you around Thessaloniki, maybe give you a taste of the underground scene that it has to offer. We can grab a beer or coffee in different nice places, maybe party a bit, or take some walks in the nature. If you are traveling by bike, even better, we could do longer distances and see more of the area. I think there are always new things for me to discover, even in my city and my area.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is a way to connect, share and exchange ideas, stories and culture. Also what better way to discover a city, than have someone that lives there show you around. You get to see and experience they think are important, and not the tour/travel guides. In my experience when a local is showing you around, there will always be an amazing place or two, that you would have not found in another way. Whats-more, you get to experience a local's daily way of life.
