One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

alone in Iran and the first time I used couchsurfing.

Hitchhiking alone at 19 from the Armenian border to Georgia.

I lost my wallet in Armenia and the people who helped me offered me a job to trade obsidian internationally in a number of countries until the epidemic I ended that job.

I spent a month volunteering for the Winter Olympics on Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East at -30 degrees.

I have completed four marathons, including the very challenging Chiang Mai Midnight full Marathon and the Jerusalem Mountain Storm Marathon.

Have traveled across the Negev Desert mistakenly into Palestine.

I have hiked alone in the Caucasus Mountains, climbed Mount Moses in Egypt alone at midnight, climbed the highest peak in North Africa for 15 consecutive hours, and summited 5,400m in a windy, snowy ice climb for 9 consecutive hours.

picked up garbage and protected wildlife at around 4800m altitude in the uninhabited Kunlun Mountains on the Tibetan Plateau, living in a shipping container for a month to experience the magnificence of the Kunlun Mountains and the extremes of climate change.

I live in a kibbutz in israel for two months.

Traveling through the Black Forest of Germany late at night without a flashlight.

Experience conscious life in Germany's Anthroposophical Community.

Rockets and iron domes collided overhead while sunbathing on the Tel Aviv beach.

Had one of the best experiences I've had in years when I stumbled into a retreat while realizing a childhood dream: to go to the Amazon rainforest. Thanks to the teachings of the master plant ! i also met an all-South American assembly of the elders, elders from every country, shamanic leaders and incredible healers, and the leader of the Amazon's Kofan tribe, who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for stopping mining companies from destroying indigenous environments. i lived in the jungle for 3 months, learning plant and cacao , the great plant medicine! my ceremony gene was awakened there ！

Took the Inca Trail from Colombia to Argentina in 4 months and study the ancient wisdom .
