Hi, there :) I'm Mina and I have dedicated myself to MIKA Foundation Bulgaria, an organization I established in Sofia, Bulgaria to provide opportunities for personal development of children and young people through arts and crafts. Other than that, I love being outside, gathering with friends, and having a drink by the fire.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve lived in The Netherlands for three years and travelled around Europe visiting friends, staying at their homes, or to B&B. I have found that going to a hotel is never the best way to experience a country’s culture. Moreover, studying with people from around 50 nationalities was so exciting, I would like to continue meeting new people and learn their stories. Plus, my friends told me so many fun couchsurfing stories I want to try it out.

Interests

My other passion are animals, more particularly mustangs. The horses live free at a ranch near Sofia where I spend most of my free time, riding, taking care of them, and teaching others to be around them. Next in my favourite things to do is travelling, although, I have a lot of work with the organization, I still love to explore the world.
