ABOUT ME

I am very out going, I love to travel and to meet different cultures. Nothing better than trying food from another country and to learn a new language!
Basically all you need to know is : I love to do whatever is fun.

Nowadays I am a working mom of two kids, living with my husband, whom I have met while working on a cruise ship back in 2013.
We love to adventure the world together, all four of us.

Our kids are being raised bilingual, they speak German and English.

PHILOSOPHY

The Traveler is wiser than he who never left his own doorstep!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already hosted a couple surfers back in the day and I also surfed myself! I think it is awesome!I loved to meet the people I met through couchsurfing and I'm sure some of them actually became friends - I'll see again some time in the future!

Now it's time to raise the next generation of couchsurfers and to show my kids, that the world is not just full of bad people. I want them to trust strangers with a healthy attitude and not have them assume the worst of everyone that comes their way!

Let's share some hope and faith, not anger or hate.

I try to enjoy life so whatever helps me do so, is what I like :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like electronic music and the Festivals hosting that sort of music. (Marten Horger for example)

But I really love mixing all different kinds of music.

Expressing emotions through music is a big part of me, so depending on the mood I will listen to almost anything and even worse; sing along. 😅

Modern Family, Schitts creek, Ally McBeal, Amy Schumer, how to get away with murder, new girl, and many more, that's what's on my watchlist ALWAYS.

I am very open to different movies, just not the very scary and creepy ones.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are a fun, open and healthy bunch.
Open to cooking food from our country or teaching you some of our language.

But we can also appreciate the privacy and just be calm and effortless to host.
We like to be out most of the time while traveling, so we won't be much of a burden.

Whichever you prefer and also depending on the length of our stay.
