[ ABOUT ME ]
Hi~ I'm Ginger from Taiwan and i'm dxxn proud of that!! I like all is about "design", although my major in "Fiber and composition", LOL^^

I love baking especially decorating cakes! (Fondant cakes/flower cakes...etc)
In 2017 Sept, I went to South Korea for cake competition (WACS- Korea Culinary Cup) and I win Gold Award 🥇 for wedding cake!
I sell my cakes after my full time job about 3~4 years. I love my cakes!

I have been working in the fashion industry around 10 years as a merchandiser/sales. I was in charge of orders for Banana Republic ~ Real life . big challenge . hard working . cheers!!!
But actually I quit my job while I was working there and went to London for one year as a volunteer(from 2009.Aug.~2010.July), I worked at "the Orpheus Center" which is a performing arts centre for young disabled adults! That year was very interesting and the best of my life!

Last year I changed my full time job, currently I’m working in a cooking class as a sales. My boss is a private chef, he teach foreigners Taiwanese food and teach Taiwanese Italian food. 😀 So if you come to Taiwan, welcome to our cooking class! You will enjoy it！

ps."Ginger" is my English name, "Yi-Ting" is my Chinese name !! You can just call me Ginger if you cannot pronounce my Chinese name^^ cheers!!

** since I lived in London for 1year from 2009~2010. when i had holiday i couldn't miss any chance to travel around the Europe~ especially i tried my first time to "travel alone" which i had never thought it b4 really! but after once i found that i love it so much! {of course u have to do a lot of work b4 u go but after that u can just enjoy every unexpected moment that happen to u! also its so fun to meet new fds from all over the world}

this year i have been to France(Nice,Lyon,Strasburg and Paris) Italy(Venis,Florence,Rome,Napoli and Pompei) Spain(Barcelona and Madrid), Austria(Vienna),Check republic(Cesky krumlov and Praha) and the whole UK plus Ireland by myself!

even though have to back to the real life at the moment but for travel... i won't stop it!!
(Travel alone is so much fun and enrich my life)
