I’m a very thoughtful but also extrovert person (at least most times). I love to hear about people’s life stories, dreams, aspirations, fears and thoughts. I have a genuine interest in my fellow humans and I always wonder what they’ve been through in their lives. I continuously try to work on myself and to unfold my potentials and additionally try to help others to do the same. Sometimes I try to escape my mind, to get loose in emotions, feelings, sensations and to just experience the moments without overthinking everything. I study psychology in Amsterdam.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is an excellent way to meet new people and to make unique experiences. It opens a new world, in which you have the opportunity to dive into different experiences, and you learn about real people and their lives.

Interests

I like being invested in intellectual activities but simultaneously enjoy getting loose in dancing and great music. I love wine and always enjoy a cold beer. I really appreciate those encounters, where you can talk with persons very openly and trustful and to connect with them on an intellectual and emotional state. The qualitative experience of relationships is very important for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kind of music. I really love classical music for its beauty, jazz and blues are great as well, deep house and techno are amazing for going out dancing but I also like dancing to RnB and Hiphop. Sometimes, as I’m in a nostalgic mood, I listen to old songs, that make me intensify my memories of older days. Music is an important part of my life, it stimulates and deepens the experience of my emotions.

There are so many movies I’ve watched, its pretty difficult to pick my favorites. I’d say I love movies that blow my mind, which are thought provoking, emotional, artful and intellectual demanding. I do enjoy comedies and sometimes even shallow movies which stand out in one Category ( e.g. action movies).

I mostly read non-fiction books, that are about issues I’m concerned with.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve been in Vienna and one night I was dancing in Pratersauna. There I’ve met some lovely people. After Pratersauna had closed we went to an abandoned Building near by the Town hall. We‘d explored the empty apartments and went to the roof top. There we‘d spend more than 4 hours, enjoying the view over Vienna and having a lot of hilarious moments together. After that we went to an apartment from one of the girls and chill out the rest of the Day, listening to excellent music and cuddling all together on her ergo-dynamic mattress.
