Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling makes you a better person - You learn so much more about yourself. Not forgetting to appreciate the small little things around you.

Initially I wasn't keen to travel out of my country. Until one day, I decided to go on a solo trip. That is when I realised how much it had impacted on my wanderlust. I felt I wanted to travel more and now I'm trying to fulfil it by having an account here and start on journey on the front foot.

To be on Couch surf allows the exchange of culture differences, languages and definitely exciting stories and fun between the host and couchsurfers. You will never expect where you can meet the people you know outside their hometown! Moreover, meeting new people to create memories together too!

I heard many wonderful stories and I hope one day, people would ask and be amazed at my stories. But for now, I do not have any and I would want to forge a story in the near future.

Interests

Sports - You name it, I do it. Jack of all trades, but master of none. Favourites are Basketball, Frisbee, Cycling and Running.

Travel and keen in meeting people across different countries to learn their culture.

Exploring not only the capital cities but also countryside and outback settlements. Would definitely love to stay in a farm, disconnected out of the world for a moment if given a chance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bought an air ticket to Bali for a solo trip and be away for 4 days out of my homeland. Meet some new friends from Australia and we went trekking to Mt. Batur together to create memories. Not forgetting I did my sky diving in the States!

Teach, Learn, Share

Personally, I'm new to travelling but I'm willing to answer and teach that you guys enquire. Hopefully in the future, I will have much to offer.

Learning and sharing is definitely one of the reasons why I wanna travel.

We tend to open our horizon and look at things differently when we are at foreign places. Experiencing different cultures is pretty interesting.

Sharing views and opinions with one another will instil some knowledge within us.
