Overview
About Me
I am Vietnamese-American, I'm pretty laid back as well as easy going. I've been told that I'm very inquisitive from all of the questions that I ask about people's culture and background. I found the love of traveling after staying in my first hostel in Santa Monica, California (Venice beach hostel). I was amazed from all of the stories and adventure people had just by traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I travel, I want to experience what it is like to live, to eat, and to have fun like a local. I was never that interested in doing any of the touristy activities because I find them to be quaint. I find it more enjoyable when I get the chance to meet a local and experience their country through their perspective, and not as a tourist.
Furthermore, I believe that traveling doesn't have to be fairly expensive and couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people around the world, where long lasting friendships are made.
