I was born in Korea and raised in Oregon and New York. I later moved to Toronto for uni...I left Canada every now and then to study and travel. I'm currently located in New York City.

I surfed for the first time in Lyon, and it was genuinely a friendly and WUNDERBAR experience! Since then, I've been hosted by many incredible people.

books - I love all things Orwell, especially his essays. Also, Fanon, Camus, Baldwin, and I'll probably add more to the list later...

movies - The Brothers Bloom is my favorite movie. Otherwise, Casablanca, Good Will Hunting, Goodbye Lenin, One-Two-Three, Midnight Paris, and a thousand more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was a kid, my family and I took a trip to Hawaii, and I saw giant turtles. They were only slightly smaller than me!
