About Me

I am a 24 year old recently graduated Spanish Student. I studied Japanese language in translation and Buddhist theology in London.
After my studies I decided to take some time off to travel and get to know the world. I recently got back from backpacking in South East Asia after an internship in Bangkok helping in the integration of LGBT communities.
I’m also interested in politics and activism. I’m shortly arriving in California to volunteer for Bernie Sanders’ latino outreach activities and would love to hang out with like minded people to stay with, travel and see what this State has to offer !
Love meeting new people who might show me a different side of the local culture I visit at that particular time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet interesting people who like to go on an adventure and don't depend on the luxuries of expensive hosteling
I also enjoy discovering places from a local’s perspective and to not just stick to the “tourist attractions”

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy music from the 80s and 90s mainly: Stevie Nicks, Donna Summer, Mariah Carey, Elton John are just some of them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel after my studies and all the experiences that came with it! Not wanting to just focus my life just in studying and university, I decided to travel and get to see first hand many things I studied about buddhist culture at uni. I have met so many people from all cultures and points of view that it has been more enriching than most stuff I learned in a classroom.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to share knowledge about my culture and language, Spanish but also Catalan! Also about how life is in the other places in the world I’ve been
I am interested about sharing views on politics, social justice and lgbt rights
I can also teach you some basics of Spanish cuisine!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My sense of humor, some delicious Spanish cuisine, and good times!
I am an independent person but would also love to share some good memories with my hosts and some party if possible!
