Mi nombre es Miquel y vivo cerca de Barcelona.

Soy un chico de 23 años con muchas ganas de conocer gente con una perspectiva de la vida diferente a mi y poder hablar y crecer mutuamente, gente con visiones del mundo similares y reafirmar nuestros puntos de vista, visitar países y culturas completamente distintas a la mía y aprender de sus costumbres y ritmos de vida. Estoy abierto a lo que la vida me prepara cada día, siempre dando gracias por lo que me ha dado para crecer y por lo que vendrá, que seguro me será beneficioso.

En febrero de 2013 inauguré mi propio restaurante italiano y pizzeria. Fueron unos años maravillosos, no los cambiaría, pero llegó un punto que mi sentía atado al negocio y decidí venderlo, en octubre de 2016.

Ahora mismo tengo pensado viajar durante unos meses en India o el sud-este asiático.

FILOSOFIA

Vivir viviendo, parece sencillo pero realmente necesita mucha practica y esfuerzo.

No practico ni sigo ninguna religión o dogma en concreto, pero me interesan mucho todas después de quitar la paja y ver la esencia.

Me encanta hablar sobre la visión que tiene cada persona sobre la vida y como la afrontamos.

La forma de hacer es ser.

Se libre en tu mente, actua des de el amor y haz lo que realmente te siente bien.

My name is Miquel and I live near Barcelona.

In February 2013 I opened my own Italian restaurant and pizzeria. It was a wonderful few years, I would not change them, but there was a point that I felt was tied to the business and I decided to sell it, in October 2016.

Right now I plan to travel for a few months in India or South-East Asia.

PHILOSOPHY

Living living, seems simple but really needs a lot of practice and effort.

I do not practice or follow any religion or dogma in particular, but I am very interested in all after removing the straw and see the essence.

I love talking about the vision each person has about life and how we face it.

The way to do is to be.

Be free in your mind, act out of love and do what really feels good to you.

En agosto de 2012, a mis 18 años, hice el viaje de mi vida (hasta ahora) viajando por Europa. Visité París, Zurich, Munich, Praga, Berlin y Ámsterdam, todo gracias a los couchsurfers que me acogieron y que estoy muy agradecido.
Por eso ahora abro las puertas de mi casa para alojar a otros couchsurfers.

In August 2012, at the age of 18, I made the trip of my life (so far) traveling in Europe. I visited Paris, Zurich, Munich, Prague, Berlin and Amsterdam, all thanks to the couchsurfers who welcomed me and I am very grateful.

MÚSICA

Me encanta el reggae, Bob Marley nunca falla, también me gusta Alpha Blondy, Mellow Mood, Dub Inc, Tiken Jah Fakoly... y por supuesto el festival en Benicasim Rototom Sunsplash.

También me gusta la música clásica o cantautores, especialmente Roger Mas, la música psicodelica de Woodstock también la disfruto mucho algunos momentos.

Escuchar un buen vinilo de jazz en el sofá una tarde tranquila...

PELÍCULAS

No acostumbro a ver películas de acción, solo acción, normalmente veo películas que me den un mensaje, que aparte de entretenerme me enseñen o me cuestionen alguna cosa.

LIBROS

Libros de creciomiento personal como Siddharta, El hombre que vendió su Ferrari, Cómo hacer amigos e influir sobre las personas, Muchas vidas muchos maestros...

Libros de alimentación saludable, hay muchos y se contradicen entre ellos, pero me gusta ver el razonamiento de cada autor, al final yo experimento con mi propio cuerpo, como he dicho más arriba, no sigo ningún dogma.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Durante el agosto de 2012 hice un viaje por Europa en autostop. Estuve en Paris, Zurich, Munich, Praga, Berlin y Amsterdam.

En febrero de 2013 con 19 años abrí mi propio restaurante, empezando con 2 trabajadores y llegando hasta 9 trabajadores. Ser líder del proyecto fue muy duro para mi, era muy joven y no tenia experiencia para hacerlo, por suerte el restaurante tuvo mucho éxito y yo aprendí mucho de la experiencia.

During August 2012 I made a trip through Europe on a hitchhiking. I was in Paris, Zurich, Munich, Prague, Berlin and Amsterdam.

In February of 2013 with 19 years I opened my own restaurant, starting with 2 workers and reaching up to 9 workers. Being a project leader was very hard for me, I was very young and I did not have experience to do it, luckily the restaurant was very successful and I learned a lot from the experience.

Rutas por el bosque y las montañas del Solsonès.
Pasarlo bien jugando a baquet, tennis, padel, escalada...
Hacer un mini viaje de lunes a jueves sin rumbo, improvisando.
La libertad de pasar unos dias en el campo, rodeado de bosque, campos y perros :)

Improvisar, eso es lo que más me gusta, no se puede planear lo que haremos
