ABOUT ME

*****************Unfortunately I can't host or meet up in Vienna until december, since I will be traveling myself**********

I am spending most of my time doing research for my phD. My topic is the portrayal of alcohol on television, so I am always happy to talk about drinking or tv series :). Also I really enjoy partying, spending time with friends, good movies & TV and of course travelling as much as I can.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't think I am grown up enough to have a personal philosophy yet. The thing I am mostly living by is that you regret most the things you didn't try out.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host people at my place in Vienna and stayed at some awesome places in the US. I love how Couchsurfing really gives you an insight into how life in a city looks like!
Sorry that I cannot reply to every request, especially in the vacation times, I get a lot of requests and sometimes I just can't write everyone back...please do not take it personally :) Also, I usually do not reply to messages but only to requests because it is a lot more practical so please DO NOT send a message if you want to be hosted :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosting quite a bunch of people from different countries and with very different interests and it's always great to see what sides of Vienna they appreciate most! Makes me realize how much my hometown actually has to offer :) I haven't had many chances to surf up to now, but I hope that will change as soon as I start travelling around the US again.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: the princess bride, the Millenium trilogy, Tom Wolfe, Hunger games, Shit my dad says, Bel Ami, Mr. Nice... I love to read so I could go on for a while :)
Music: depending on my mood (from Nirvana to Dubstep, to german rap...yeah I know that's SO mainstream :D)
Movies: well, I am addicted to TV series (and not ashamed of it).
