Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed once, and still waiting on an opportunity to host. Aside from that, I make contact with people in areas that I'm interested in traveling to and try to develop some sorta connection with them. I also try to make it out to CS meetings in my general area. So far, I got 2 meetings on the record, and they were both great experiences. I'm encouraged to participate more when I go to these meetings.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed one couch...it was actually a bed. Aiming for more couches. And hopefully someone cool comes my way so I can be a host.

Interests

Dancing, outdoor activities (canoeing, swimming, picnics), listening to music, sightseeing, and hanging out with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Soca (this one really gets me dancin'), dance hall, reggae, and smooth jazz, are my favorites. Lately, I've been reading non-fiction books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wrestled a huge, agressive, poisonous snake ... in one of my dreams (of course!). On a serious note, I'm thinking about skydiving... any comments/suggestions?
