I grew up on an Australian beef farm. Went to boarding school on the Gold Coast and attended university in Brisbane. I now live in Edmonton Canada with my Canadian boyfriend Franz.

Franz and I are in Maui until February 25th and looking for a place to crash! We are happy sleeping on floors, we are no fuss :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I think staying with locals is always a major plus when traveling, they have all the hints and tips about the place you're in. Whilst hostels are good for meeting people from all over the world, couchsurfing gives you the chance to meet locals.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favourite music is usually acoustic/chilled. I love Maroon5, Coldplay, boy and bear etc. Although, I do like most 'mainstream' music and some indie/folk bands.
I am a big movie buff and bookworm, I like most genres of both.

I've been paragliding in Oludeniz, Turkey, which is the highest paragliding point you can find.
Though the luckiest thing I've done is seeing 8 bears within a 5 day hiking trip in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

I can offer extensive conversation as I love talking and sharing stories. I have many travel stories, and a lot of people find my background/home country interesting to ask about.
I also enjoying cooking, I have a couple nice home-style meals in my repertoire and would be happy to cook.
