Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did cs for 2 weeks at the east coast of the US, 2 weeks touring through france, 10 days in Portugal and a few more in Spain :)

Interests

- I've loved travelling ever since I can remember and normally spend more money on that than on shopping or anything else.
- Maybe related to that: my love for languages, no matter what kind!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. when I was horse-back-riding in Iceland and felt like being on another planet.
2. when, after spending 6 months in England, people couldn't place me by the way I spoke English, because I had managed to get rid of my accent ;)
3. when I realized that I had actually chosen the right major at uni, namely something that I love doing and not something that would possibly make me rich.

Teach, Learn, Share

Linguistics and especially psycho-linguistics. Very interesting how our mothertongue can have an influence on us...
