One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Mission trip to Haiti during my winter break was an amazing and beautiful experience. I served in Port-au-Prince, Haiti at the Missionaries of Charity hospital for poor and abandoned children and their wound clinic. The Mission Trip to Haiti was definitely very intense for me. In one week staying with the Missionaries of Charity I learned so many things that affected me for life. Their beautiful work with the community in Haiti is something that touched me, the sisters have a never-ending faith, they pray in such a beautiful way that every day during adoration I was learning with them more and more, they really are in the hands of God and it truly touched me. I got so much out of this experience; it definitely feels great to give back to the community in such a way that will impact my life forever.
