I'm a Swedish girl from the south of the country but not Malmö tho. Right now I'm traveling around South America with a start in Brazil and hopefully end in Mexico, if I make it all the way there.
I quit my job to go traveling but back home I was a teacher for teenagers.

As a person I would describe myself as positive, independent and trustworthy. Since I'm in the beginning of my couchsurf career I don't have a lot of reviews but I hope they will come with time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurf to get more out of my stay in the city. As travelers I believe we are connected, no matter if we are travelers in our hometown or in a foreign city. To connect with people who have lived in the city for longer and knows all the places touristic people miss is probably what I want to get out of this. Also to get a new experience and have a different way of meeting people. Also since I am learning Spanish this is a brilliant opportunity for me to practice the language.

Interests

I'm a football girl. That's my biggest interest, beside traveling. I quit that as well before coming here but I hope to start again whenever I am able to. Other than that I like a lot of things, everything from reading and drawing to socializing and working out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done will probably be when I went to India alone at 17 for volunteer working. That was the start of my interest for traveling and you can say that's when I realized that everything is possible. Beside that the experience was amazing and the first thing I got to do was to join an engagement party, Indian style. Since it was my first time abroad far away and also traveling alone the cultural differences were huge. This was the start of everything, since then I have been hooked on traveling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Hopefully I can share some positivity and laughter. I wish I could promise you delicious meals but the only thing I can cook is Swedish meatballs so unfortunately I would be lying if I promised that. Also, I can probably offer the favor back when you come to Sweden!
