Présentation
À propos de moi
Journalist studying in Aarhus - Erasmus Mundus Masters in Journalism, Globalisation and Media
I like to hang out casually in local bars and have great conversations and listen to personal stories from people all over the world. I have traveled a lot and love to explore foreign cities spontaneously focusing on what the locals like to do - I am not a big fan of tourist attractions.
I am easy-going and open-minded about different cultures, traditions and personalities.
Beer is my favorite beverage - as I grew up in Germany.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
To meet new people and have interesting talks about different lives in different cities.
Personally I think, the best way to get to know a new country is through the perspective of locals rather than just going to tourist spots, and that's why couchsurfing seems better for me to explore the real life in foreign cities and to find "secret" spots.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
I have covered the Paralympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro - met a lot of great people, got to know a new country and a whole new perspective about sports and inclusion.
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
In return, I would love to cook delicious Mediterranean and Lebanese food (also vegetarian/vegan upon request). I can also tell you my story of growing up between two cultures, two religions and two completely different families. I can also teach you basic communication skills in German or Arabic.
