About Me

I'm from a small town in the countryside in Upper Austria, so I see myself as a grounded person that loves the nature and I find it important that we respect and care about our environment. But the same way that I love my country Austria, I'm very interested in other countries and cultures. So I decided to study International Cultural and Business Studies in Passau. In my cultural studies I put my main emphasis on Latin America, especially on Brazil because I'm really fascinated by this country, his nature and his people. Right now I'm doing my masters degree in Value-based Management, also at the university of Passau.

I'm quite easy-going, pragmatic, funny, sometimes even crazy, easy to be entertained, not punctual, sometimes a little slowly in thinking, good at making new friends, helpful, home-loving, not abondoning the child in me, always singing loud, wrong and enthusiastic (be warned!), not that unintelligent, sensitive, crazy about winter sports (more watching than doing it myself), and so on... ;)
Oh, and another important detail about me: I love to hug people! :)

PHILOSOPHY
Live now and here!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet people and make friends from all over the world and as I already said I'm very interested in other cultures.

I first tried CS in Paris with two friends and it was just a great experience. We had two different hosts and it was so much fun with them. We realized that we got to know the city and the culture in a different, better way. Since then I already had some other great experiences in being hosted and I'm looking forward to more wonderful encounters like that!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I cannot say what's my favorite style of music because I love like nearly almost everything that's music (but we can argue about what is defined music and what is not ^^). But what I'm sure about that I really love to hear the music live so I'm a fan of concerts and especially of festivals. :)

I'm also not so picky when it comes to movies, but I especially love French movies like the "Taxi" films written by Luc Besson or Bavarian comedies like "Wer früher stirbt, ist länger tot". I also like Arthouse movies that give you something to think about but I also do not say No to entertaining movies.

I love reading, therefore I also love books. It's important that the books are written a way that I cannot stop reading them anymore!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

living my life the way I do it ^^

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook with other people so I can show you some dishes I like and it would be great if you also could teach me one of your favorite recipes because what I even love more than cooking is eating! :D And I'm sure that cooking and eating together unites the people...
