I was born and raised in the red rock country of Southern Utah. I work as a freelance musician for recording sessions, ballets, tours, and other gigs. Totally in love with what I do!

It goes without saying that I love travel and adventure. Beyond that, I enjoy experiencing the changing seasons, the smells of rain and cardamom, sweet peas growing along old fences, the sound of running water, walking barefoot with the warmth of the sun on my skin, beach combing, woodworking, and sustainable living. Animals, plants, and music hold a special place in my heart.

I value authenticity, freedom, connection, sharing both conversation and silence, and appreciating the beauty in ourselves and the world around us.

Traveling has truly been life changing for me—mostly because of the friends and connections made along the way. CS provides a great network for finding fellow travelers with similar interests.

I enjoy listening to a wide range of music, from irish fiddle, gypsy jazz and ghazals to symphonies, movie scores, and vintage music. Fairuz, Andrea Bocelli, and AR Rahman are three of my favorite artists.

Movies: Roman Holiday, Hidalgo, The Guns of Navaron, Taare Zameen Par, La Vita è Bella, Chhaava, The Taming of the Shrew (1967), North and South BBC miniseries.

Favorite books include The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Far From The Madding Crowd, Till We Have Faces, Tao Te Ching, The Anatomy of Peace, Essay on Fairy Tales, Poems by Longfellow and Rabindranath Tagore.

I’m in the process of finishing my 32' tiny house. I purchased a 1971 bus 5 years ago, and since then I’ve been building it into my dream home.

Some of my happiest memories are composed of connecting with others through music (couldn't resist the pun ;)). Whether it’s jamming, learning about your culture’s music or the basics of a new instrument, I’m all in! In turn, I would be happy to give a violin lesson or two, play some songs for you, and teach you the difference between a picardi third and deceptive cadence.

I thouroughly enjoy spending time with people, but I have an introvert side that doesn't mind limited interaction if that is needed/preferred. I try my best to be a low impact, low maintenance guest. I’m happy to help out as needed with any projects or around the house and yard.
