I was born and raised in Berlin and now I am also studying there. At some point It seemed to me like that was by far not enough change of location and so now I am trying to make up for that with travelling whenever I can.

I am an easygoing and open-minded person. I am full of opposites which come out in different situations and which I think describe me best. I am not the same me all the time.
I can be happy or sad, chatty or pensive, active or lazy, wanting to be gone or happy at home, doing lots os sports or chilling on my sofa, eating very healthy or ordering pizza...

I am also a warm and welcoming person and I like to be there for others and help them if they need it. I have a great capability of being empathic and understanding others, that goes along with being able to adapt quite well to all sorts of different situations.

I am easy to get along with and people generally describe me as a nice girl. (Although I am not always sure I like being the nice girl all the time...)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel on a low budget, partly because I have to but also because I think it is so much nicer to meet locals and chat with them than to be in a hotel completely remote from the place that you are actually in. I love this opportunity to meet new people and hear their stories and get their advice. I also want to be able to offer that to people who come to Berlin.

Interests

I like to make all sorts of things myself, cooked and baked goods, yarns, knitted and crocheted stuff, clothing and much more. I also love to vanish behind books while submerged in a good story. I love to dance, to swim, to cycle, to be out and about and discover the nature around me. I also like to be lazy with a good movie and junkfood on the couch. I like to go out sometimes and have a good drink but I don't do it too often.

The list ist too long for all of those categories, I am very open with my taste and can always be interested in new stuff.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am not sure I have much to teach except for DIY stuff like knitting, chrocheting, cooking and baking but I am happy to share anything I know and am always happy to learn new stuff, especially about gardening and mountain biking and longboarding.
