ABOUT ME

I like travelling, getting new experience and sharing it with others. I have practiced yoga since 1995 (already 16 years) and yoga for me is a lifestyle. I am very grateful to my yoga teacher who teaches me according to the rich knowledge of the ancient Natha - yoga tradition. I have a broad interests in Ayurveda, Medicine, Indian Phylosophy, Chemistry and so on. I am really happy that I studied the Korean Health system which is called Kouk Sun Do. I am pleased to communicate with people different cultural backgrounds.

PHILOSOPHY

Pay respect to human beings and everything alife, and be open to the new experience. I try to follow the 5 principles of Kouk Sun Do: right mind, right vision, right practice, right way and right actions

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participated in couchsurfing picnic on Australia day 2012 in Melbourne. There was an amazing friendly atmosphere.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I got my first experience in couchsurfing in Malaysia, 2011. It was very unexpected and very pleasant when I met a person who offered me to stay at his house and payed me a great respect. It was a great opportunity to find a good friend.

I like to listening to natural music, like birds songs, sounds of waterfall, drum sounds, watch documentaries ("Planet Earth"), comedies, science-fiction movies, videos with my yoga teacher and others wise yoga teachers, YouTube...I like to read about yoga phylosophy, yoga discoveries, scientist researches...

I registered to this website and posted information about my arrival to Malaysia one day before my departure to. Of course, I had hope that someone will agreed to offer me a couch but chances were small, so I did not have any time to fill out my profile, no one knew anything about me. Surprisingly, I received the first offer very soon.
