Overview
About Me
Technology enthusiast, architecture lover, amateur film photographer. Soon-to-be a Computer Science graduate. Originally from Romania but moved to Austria almost 3 years ago for university, with a 5-month break to go on an exchange in Hong Kong.
Trying to pick up traveling in this post-pandemic reality once again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love making my travels not feel disruptive to my day-to-day life by getting a homey feeling and some "family" wherever I stay. I think the best way to do that is to meet a local willing to introduce you to the local lifestyle.
Please keep in mind that this is not a dating app and I am by no means interested to use this app for dating.
Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music, I love everything from techno to indie, rap, and even pop. Love a good dance and attending live music events.
Favorite song at the moment: Vesuvio by Nu Genea
Favorite book at the moment: "Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals" by Oliver Burkeman
Favorite film at the moment: some film from Wong Kar Wai (because of the time I spent in Hong Kong)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Solo traveled for the first time at the age of 18 for a week and did interrail for a month at the age of 19. Did workaway for 2 months at a boarding school in Denmark. Was part of an episode of a TV show from Chile called Citizens of the world where I talked about Couchsurfing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach different languages: different programming languages or maybe Romanian.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good vibes :)
