ABOUT ME

Quite a mess. Idiosyncratic; stubborn; easily stressed out, but easily adapting; hard-working.
I love reading, and I always travel with a book. I love the journeys of the mind just as the more 'concrete' ones. I'm outspoken, terribly difficult (and terribly easy to figure out).
I love getting to know people in paradoxal and complicated situations (and I seem to never get to rid of people I like!), and sharing , and irrepetible moments.
And I love cooking, because I like to make people happy.

PHILOSOPHY

Live, learn and read. Not necessarily in that order.

I believe in the power of words; I find languages fascinating. I think art will be humanity's salvation, someday.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sharing my experience; which could be useful, or not.
Broadening my vision, while broadening the one of other people. Sharing what I know about literature, movies, and asian cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never hosted anyone, but I got to know a lot of couchsurfers thanks to a friend (Laura Mazza) and had a lot of fun (party, dinners, lunches, coffees, sightseeing) with them, and I enjooyed it sooooo much!

Centres d'intérêt

Literature, movies, languages; (good) manga and animes; (occasionally) japanese and korean dramas (because they're so fun).
Asian art; Japan Japan Japan (I use to talk of it quite in every one of my conversations); landscapes; people views of the world, 'cause I like learing by experience.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Movies (favourite directors): Jane Campion, Peter Greenaway, Wong Kar-Wai, Sofia Coppola, Wes Anderson, Michel Gondry, Spike Jonze, Zhang Yimou and so many others.
Music: Jazz, Classical, Sixties and Seventies, but quite everything catches my interest. I go on by instinct.
Books: Japanese Literature, but quite everything I can put my hands on (except bestsellers).

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I'm adamant about sharing what I know about movies, books, art, and I love cooking any kind of dishes (not only Italian ones)!
