ABOUT ME

I am 25 years old. I was born in Moscow, Russia and moved to Florida when I was 3.5. I graduated from the University of Florida with my Masters in Accounting in May of this 2012. I then backpacked Hawai'i for 2 months, and moved to Atlanta, where I began working for Ernst & Young. On December 12, 2014 I quit my job, hopped in my girlfriend's car and began a roadtrip out West. It took us 1 month to get to San Diego, where we currently reside.

What do I do for fun? A bit of everything, I suppose. I play plenty of sports, and spend as much time as possible outside. I've played competitive tennis most of my life. I play and listen to music (then again, who doesn't listen to music). Hmm, anything else? I write. I wrote one full-length novel, and am working on a few others. I've made a few short films as well. I try to make them funny. My mom didn't seem to appreciate my most recent work.

I feel like that pretty much sums me up. I like to be happy. And I like smiling a lot; especially at people.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe your purpose on this earth is to be happy. If you are not happy, what good is anything else?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed in various locations. Couchsurfing was very helpful to me and my girlfriend during our road trip across the United States. We stayed with hosts in New Orleans, Santa Fe, and Santa Barbara. We are now giving back and hosting in our lovely cottage in San Diego.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed 10-15 times and hosted a handful of times.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Well, backpacking Hawai'i for 2 months was my favorite trip. Backpacking India was my most interesting experience. Driving across the southern coast of America was pretty amazing too. I've also seen a lot of coincidences happen which always blow my mind.

I can share the cottage my girlfriend and I live in and I can share words and experiences. I'll try and share a few jokes, but you may not find them funny. Oh, and I can share the Russian language, as I speak it.
